Custodial Services Technician

divh2Cusdial Staff Position/h2pThe Custodial Staff is responsible for cleaning and maintaining restrooms, offices, break rooms, hallways and conference rooms within the assigned facility in compliance with Casellas cleanliness standards and best practices./ppHiring Range: $19-21/ hourly/ph3Key Responsibilities/h3ulliMaintains, cleans and dusts all areas of the facility as needed./liliUses cleaning chemicals and prepares cleaning solutions to wash, disinfect and maintain various areas, equipment and fixtures in the facility./liliManages inventory of cleaning supplies and paper products and makes orders for new supplies when replenishment is needed./liliCompletes daily work log of sanitation requirements and reports any defective or inoperable equipment to supervisor./liliEnsures safety and the use of proper personal protective equipment (PPE) while completing cleaning procedures./liliGathers trash and recycling and discards materials in proper containers./liliCommunicates with team members and supervisors to ensure coordination of work./liliParticipates in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of the company, products, sales and services and performs any other duties needed to help drive our vision, fulfill our mission, and/or abide by our core values./li/ulh3Education, Experience Qualifications/h3pThe successful candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED and must be legally eligible to work in the United States. The physical ability to lift 50lbs. constantly throughout the day and work under many different weather conditions is expected./ppExcellent verbal and written communication skills, and dedication to providing excellent customer service is desired. It is also important that the candidate has demonstrated the ability to work as part of a team in a collaborative environment, has a proven work ethic, and has proven commitment to safety.
