Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW in our hospice center, you will engage in a variety of meaningful activities aimed at improving patient outcomes. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to evaluate the mental and emotional needs of patients, guiding your approach in treatment planning.

• Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans utilizing a range of evidence-based interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring a clear and concise record for patient care.

• Collaborating with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, participating in regular case consultations to ensure you provide holistic care to each patient.

In this role, you will primarily work with patients facing terminal illnesses, providing emotional and psychological support that encompasses grief counseling, coping strategies, and therapeutic interventions tailored to individual needs. The relationship you build with both patients and their families is integral, ensuring that they feel heard, respected, and supported throughout their journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, underscoring your foundational knowledge in the field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time role offers a competitive annual salary between USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
