CNC ProgrammerType: Full-Time, 1st shiftResponsibilities:Demonstrate proficiency with MasterCam and/or NXExperience in using Solid Works is desiredAbility to read engineering prints and design documentation, including the ability to understand GD&TDevelop work-holding fixtures and select cutting toolsMust have ability to adjust speeds, feeds, tooling and operating sequences as needed and analyze G codeSpecify perishable tooling and capable fixturing while applying continuous improvements to the manufacturing process.Must have advanced knowledge of metal cutting as well as the ability to select and recommend test toolingMulti-Axis and Multi-Spindle experience a plusIntegrate work with the Engineering, Production, Quality, Purchasing and Scheduling Department to ensure a smooth flow of quality products through the factory.Qualifications:An ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineeringMust have excellent communication skills: verbal, written and presentationFamiliarity with the latest technologies and equipment used in manufacturing processesMinimum 5-8 years of experience using: NX, Unigraphics and SolidWorks Software, MastercamKnowledge of raw materialsKnowledge of mathematics: algebra, geometry, calculus and geometryTeam leading abilityGood problem-solving skillsAbility to manage one's time and time of the teamAbility to detect problemsBackground of science, technology, engineering and mathematicsWork Environment:While performing duties for this job, it's required to alternate between standing and sitting.
