Key Responsibilities: Participate in departmental and system initiatives. Provide individualized, compassionate care to URPS patients. Teach medical students, OB/GYN residents, and Urology residents. Implement state‑of‑the‑art diagnostic modalities, including multichannel urodynamics and cystoscopy, for all types of pelvic floor disorders. Collaborate with a skilled team of urogynecologists, APPs, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care. Proficient in urogynecology surgeries with privileging eligibility. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with referring physicians and the community.
