Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments during initial client sessions to understand their mental health needs, goals, and personal circumstances.

• Facilitate individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions, adapting your therapeutic techniques to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on client progress, feedback, and evolving challenges.

• Support clients by providing coping strategies and therapeutic interventions designed to address emotional, behavioral, or mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with clients from various backgrounds and demographics, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Given the telehealth nature of this position, you will primarily support clients from Fort Collins, Colorado, while reaching out to people in surrounding regions. You will be instrumental in addressing the unique challenges faced by diverse populations, ensuring that all clients feel understood and respected.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
