Besty AI is building the intelligence layer for the $120B hotel and short-term rental market. With 20% month-over-month growth and $6M+ raised, we're scaling fast and need a strategic operator to build the financial and operational backbone of the company.

The Role

This is the first Head of Finance & Operations hire. You'll own the company's financial and operational infrastructure, working directly with the CEO to scale from early traction to significant revenue growth.

What You'll Do

• Build and own financial models, forecasting, and KPI reporting from scratch
• Prepare board decks and interface directly with investors and board members
• Develop and execute pricing strategy in collaboration with leadership
• Manage vendor relationships, payroll, HR, AP/AR, and day-to-day operations
• Support recruiting efforts and help build the team
• Drive operational efficiency across the business as it scales

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in high-growth, venture-backed B2B SaaS companies
• Proven ability to build financial models from scratch
• Experience scaling a company from Seed through Series B
• Track record interfacing with investors and board members
• Comfort owning both finance and operations functions simultaneously
