Director of Business Development

Job Title: Director of Business Development Location: Tampa, FL We are partnering with a company on a mission to enhance the combat effectiveness and survivability of the war fighter by developing human‑guided autonomous multi‑robot systems. Their ground‑breaking technology is transforming military operations and advancing the safety and capabilities of those on the front lines. Responsibilities Market creation, strategic partnerships, and deal origination Opportunity shaping and capture for new markets / customer sets Identifies government and defense innovation initiatives Work with the leadership team to align tech roadmaps with customer missions Work closely with CTO/Product to shape bids Lead pursuit strategy for large deals Pipeline tracking, market intelligence, and early engagement support Requirements Minimum of 5–7 years of hardware sales experience in the US DoD market Bachelor’s Degree – Must; MBA or equivalent – Advantage Experienced in working in hardware and product companies; UAS a plus Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Flowtec Group
