Territory Manager, Medical Dermatology - Eastern Long Island- New York

The Sun Medical Dermatology Territory Manager is responsible for promoting Suns branded dermatology portfolio and optimizing the business opportunities in targeted physician offices, key clinics and institutions that specialize in the area of medical dermatology.The Territory Manager will be required to demonstrate excellence in developing and implementing territory business plans that lead to achievement of sales goals and objectives.Responsibilities include coordination and integration with the HQ Commercial Team (Marketing, etc.) and field based employees (Field Reimbursement Managers, etc.) to effectively drive acceptance of promoted products within a designated business area and geography.

Required:

• Bachelor Degree

• Pharmaceutical and/or Medical Device sales experience

• Strong communicationskills and business acumen

• Ability to collaborate, innovate,adaptand deliver results

• Valid drivers license

• Ability to Travel with overnight stays as needed.

Preferred:

• 5+ years pharmaceutical salesexperience

• 3+ years medical dermatology sales experience

• Experience selling products in a complex Market Access environment

• Experience promoting high-science products

• Product launch experience

• Experience selling in a highly competitive environment

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES/DECISION MAKING AUTHORITY:

• Reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager

• Responsible for the understanding andleveragingCRM, sales data, and reports

• Responsible fortimelycall reporting and expense reporting

• Responsible for managing promotional budgets within their territory

• Responsible for meeting monthly,quarterlyand annual sales goals

The presently-anticipated base compensation pay range for this position is $104k to $ 136k. Actual base compensation may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to geographical location and experience. In addition, this position is part of IC Commission Plan.
