Multiple openings are available for paraprofessionals to assist students and classrooms in a contract position running from September 2026 through June 2027. These roles provide the chance to work closely with both individual students (mixed 1:1 assignments) and in classroom settings, contributing to an inclusive and dynamic academic atmosphere.

Ideal candidates have a history of working within school environments and are ready to make a difference for students each day. This position values your hands-on experience, requiring only a high school diploma as verification of education—no additional certifications or degrees are necessary.

Key Qualifications:

• Previous employment in school settings as a paraprofessional or similar role.
• Demonstrated reliability, adaptability, and commitment to supporting youth.
• A high school diploma is mandatory; advanced credentials are not required.
• Capacity to provide three professional references (including your most recent supervisor) ready at the time of application.
• Availability to fulfill a 32.5-hour workweek, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with a 30-minute unpaid lunch.

Role Responsibilities:

• Offer instructional, emotional, and physical support to students, both individually and in group settings.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to foster positive learning experiences.
• Adapt to classroom and 1:1 assignments as needed.
• Uphold all school policies and promote a safe, respectful environment for students.
