A rare Private Clients Vice President / Leader opportunity to build out a Florida office for a well-established independent Insurance Broker who live and breathe high net worth insurance - And more importantly, invest in it! As this firm already have a number of clients in Florida, finding an experienced Private Clients Producer / Leader in Florida is a strategic goal of theirs. As an experienced Private Clients Insurance Vice President / Producer you want to align yourself with a true, fiercely independent Broker as you know your clients value this away from the constant M&A and consolidation You wish to feel part of something, a company you can add additional value than just "producing", representing a family owned firm who will offer you up to 50% of new high net worth business you generate! Joining this firm's successful and long-standing Private Clients team you will benefit from multiple carrier access, strong claims advocacy (you'll have a team of claims professionals to support you on new business/renewals) and as you'll be representing a independent agency, you'll have the freedom to operate within a true risk management advisory role and not be pressured to hit certain call figures. You will be part of a team who serve over 5,000 personal lines clients typically affluent families, business owners and ultra-wealthy individuals insuring a high volume of valuable assets and collectibles. We are looking to talk to Producers who understand how wealthy individuals go about their day to day, what their values are and what's important. You'll have a good track record of bringing new clients to the table, via your network referrals and connections. Even better, although this broker is headquartered in Pennsylvania, they will trust you to work from home and are open minded where you live, although have a particular interest in talking to those based in Florida, New York, Washington DC, Arizona and North Carolina. On offer is a base salary up to $200,000 plus 50% on new business and 20% on renewal upon certain thresholds (this can be tweaked depending on what is important to you and based on targets) If you are tired of the constant changes that go on within a large corporation and would like to represent a good sized, family, independent agency with deep links within the private clients and high net worth space, this is the opportunity for you.
