ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2006 and currently lead a team of 13. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked in State Farm Operations, which provided valuable experience and helped me develop a strong understanding of customer service, teamwork, and agency leadership.

I attended Seton Hall University and have always believed in building strong relationships—both within the office and throughout the community. Giving back is important to our agency, and we proudly support The Valerie Fund, which helps families facing pediatric cancer and blood disorders. We believe in making a positive impact both inside and outside the office.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Justin Bush - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
