As the business expands its commercial capabilities, they are seeking a Brand Strategy Manager to help shape portfolio strategy, drive brand growth initiatives, and influence key business decisions across marketing, pricing, innovation, and commercialization.

Your new role

\n

As the Brand Strategy Manager, you will partner closely with the Portfolio & Pricing Director to develop and execute brand and portfolio growth strategies. Leveraging consumer, market, and competitive insights, you will help strengthen brand equity, drive commercial performance, and lead strategic initiatives across pricing, innovation, packaging, communications, and portfolio optimization. This is a highly collaborative role with significant exposure across Marketing, Digital, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and other key business functions.

What you will need to succeed

\n

\n
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
\n
• 3-6 years of experience in Brand Management, Consumer Marketing, Shopper Marketing, Category Management, or other commercial marketing roles within FMCG, CPG, food & beverage, tobacco, alcohol, or consumer products environments.
\n
• Experience developing and executing brand growth and portfolio strategies.
\n
• Strong understanding of packaging, brand positioning, communication strategy, and consumer marketing.
\n
• Experience utilizing consumer, market, and competitive insights to drive business decisions and growth opportunities.
\n
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and navigate complex organizations.
\n
• Experience developing go-to-market strategies, supporting new product launches, and building business cases for growth opportunities.
\n
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
\n
