Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews, to establish a baseline for each individual patient's mental health.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) to address mental health issues across group, individual, couple, and family settings.

• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, working with multidisciplinary professionals to ensure patients receive continuous and effective care during distressing situations.

• Maintain up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with clinic policies, regulations, and best practices to ensure continuity of care and effective treatment outcomes.

• Deliver psychoeducation to patients and their families, equipping them with knowledge to manage and navigate their mental health effectively.

• Engage in regular outcome assessments to measure treatment effectiveness and modify treatment plans accordingly, ensuring each client's journey is tailored to their evolving needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $84,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
