Remote Director of Revenue Management - The Alexander | Indianapolis, IN

Are you a data-driven hospitality leader who thrives on turning insights into results? The Alexander is seeking a Director of Revenue Management to lead the property's revenue strategy from anywhere while partnering closely with on-site leadership to maximize performance.

In this highly collaborative role, you'll leverage analytics, market trends, and innovative pricing strategies to optimize revenue across all segments. If you're passionate about driving profitability, influencing business decisions, and working alongside a high-performing team, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of progressive Revenue Management experience within the hospitality industry.
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel revenue management principles, distribution channels, and pricing strategies.
  • Experience with hospitality revenue management systems and hotel sales CRM platforms.
  • Excellent analytical, forecasting, and statistical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships across departments.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote and on-property teams.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
What You'll Do
  • Lead the revenue strategy for The Alexander, driving market share, RevPAR, and overall profitability.
  • Develop and execute dynamic pricing and inventory strategies based on demand, market conditions, and competitive analysis.
  • Produce accurate forecasts and recommend strategic business decisions to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results across all distribution channels.
  • Partner closely with hotel leadership, sales, marketing, and regional teams to align revenue initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Lead regular revenue strategy meetings and present actionable performance insights.
  • Evaluate market trends, demand patterns, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Champion best practices in revenue management while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
