Human Resources Generalist
$30 - $40 per hourLHH
HR Generalist
LHH is looking for a temporary HR Generalist for our client, a Non Profit Organization here in Queens, NY. This person should have experience with multiple functions of Human Resources, including payroll , and be comfortable working 100% on-site, in person. The HR Generalist will be part of a three person HR Team and support an employee population of 300 people. This Temp to Perm position will compensate between $30-40/hr, contingent on experience.
Responsibilities :
- Payroll Processing (Required)
- Talent Acquisition: Recruiting for all levels of positions
- Employee Relations
- HRIS/Payroll Support: make updates and changes
- Benefits: Assist with Open Enrollment
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience in a HR position
- Experience using an ATS/HRIS system
- Experience recruiting/screening candidates and assisting with onboarding
