HR Generalist - Full Time (Remote)

We’re seeking a proactive and people-focused Human Resources Generalist to support our growing team. This role will work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to drive key people initiatives, particularly in talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate is also comfortable supporting HR functions in a 100% remote environment.

Human Resources Generalist Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements
Support employer branding initiatives and sourcing strategies
Lead the pre-boarding and onboarding process for new hires
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate technology, training, and resources for new hires
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement programs and events
Support pulse surveys and feedback initiatives
Help promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
Maintain employee data within compliance standards
Assist in ad-hoc HR projects as needed
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data across systems
3+ years of HR experience, ideally in a generalist capacity
Experience in recruiting or talent acquisition strongly preferred
HR experience within a healthcare setting preferred
