Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT), across individual, family, couple, and group formats.

• Respond to crisis situations promptly, coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless continuity of care for patients facing acute distress.

• Document all clinical interactions meticulously, including treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries, ensuring compliance with clinic policies and state regulations.

• Empower patients and their families through psychoeducation, equipping them with tools and knowledge to manage mental health more effectively.

• Work within a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers to provide comprehensive care tailored to each patient's situation.
