Online Clinical Support Specialist

GE HealthCare seeks a Clinical Support Specialist to provide technical and clinical support for Ultrasound IT products to customers during West Coast business hours. The role involves troubleshooting complex issues, documenting interactions, and driving customer satisfaction through phone, email, and video communication.
Responsibilities
- Deliver clinical support via phone, email, and Microsoft meetings during assigned hours
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer ultrasound IT issues with focus on first-call resolution
- Document customer interactions, problem definitions, and resolution actions
- Evaluate and prioritize incoming support requests from internal and external customers
- Provide feedback to product development based on issue resolution experience
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent with 5+ years ultrasound clinical/technical experience
- ARDMS certification and clinical setting ViewPoint experience required
- Cardiovascular, women's health, and vascular ultrasound application knowledge
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization without visa sponsorship
- Willingness to pass drug screening and background checks
Compensation: $92,000-$138,000 annual
