Seventy Six Taverns by Station Casinos — your neighborhood tavern — is opening its fifth location at Fort Apache and Gomer, and we are looking for talented, professional, and energized Front-of-House and Back-of-House team members. Executive Chef, Room Chef and Asst. Room Chef. The cook ensures that the kitchen and equipment are in good working order, maintains cleanliness, safety and sanitation standards. Supports Chef's in cooking, frying, sautéing, carving, broiling, grilling, steaming all meats, fish, eggs, vegetables, etc. Maintains cleanliness of area as well as keeping cold items stocked. Ensures kitchen area and equipment are in good working order. Qualifications Minimum of one to two years Cook experience in a high volume restaurant preferred.
