Digital Executor & E-Commerce Manager | Coastal Lifestyle Brand | Remote

We've built the systems. Now we need someone to run them. The Salty Babe is a women's coastal lifestyle boutique with stores in Newport, RI and Kailua, Hawaii and a fast-growing e-commerce business at saltybabe.com. Over the past year we've rebuilt our Shopify store, launched Meta and Google campaigns, built out Klaviyo flows, activated Pinterest, and built AI-powered workflows that help us operate smarter. What we need now is a hands‑on digital executor — someone who can get inside these tools, read the data, and make things move week over week. This is not a strategy role. We have brand direction covered. This is a performance and execution role for someone who knows how to run campaigns, optimize flows, track what's working, and act on it without being chased. What you’ll own: Meta Ads Manager — day‑to‑day campaign management and optimization Klaviyo — flows, campaigns, list health, and weekly email execution Shopify analytics — weekly performance reporting, conversion tracking, product and collection analysis Google Ads support alongside our current ads partner Pinterest via Tailwind — scheduling, UTM tracking, and pin audits Instagram insights — tracking performance and reporting clear recommendations AI workflow management — running our Claude‑based marketing skills and keeping our integrated marketing calendar current E-commerce support for Après Sea Ranch, our sister brand, as it grows You are: Hands‑on inside Meta Ads Manager — actually managing campaigns, not just boosting posts Genuinely fluent in Klaviyo — flows, segments, deliverability, campaigns Comfortable reading Shopify analytics without needing someone to explain them An executor — you get things done, you don't wait to be managed Curious about AI tools and excited to work inside systems that already exist Organized and communicative — our founder is remote and needs to trust your reporting Drawn to lifestyle and coastal brands — you'll take time to understand our customer and let that inform your work Nice to have: Background in fashion, lifestyle, or coastal brands Pinterest e‑commerce experience Familiarity with Google Shopping and Performance Max campaigns Compensation: $25–$40/hour based on experience, or $55,000–$65,000 annually for the right full‑time candidate To apply, send your resume, a brief note about your hands‑on experience with Meta Ads and Klaviyo, and one example of a result you drove for a brand.
