Requirements / Responsibilities Minimum Qualifications (Non-Negotiable) 5+ years bar management experience required Proven leadership experience managing high-volume teams Strong knowledge of inventory systems and cost control practices Experience with scheduling, hiring, and staff development Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays Core Responsibilities Oversee all daily bar operations and team performance Manage hiring, scheduling, coaching, and staff accountability Maintain weekly inventory, ordering, and cost controls Oversee bar standards, vendor relationships, and supply purchasing Develop beverage programs and monitor profitability Ensure compliance with liquor laws and safety standards Monitor service quality and overall guest satisfaction Who We’re Looking For A strong operational leader with hands‑on management style Someone who thrives in fast‑paced, high‑volume environments A professional who values structure, accountability, and consistency A hospitality leader focused on both team success and guest experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
