This contract opportunity for the 2026–2027 school year is ideal for Speech-Language Pathologists seeking to make a difference in an Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) setting. You’ll work onsite, joining a team dedicated to fostering communication skills and student growth.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Active Speech-Language Pathology license for the state, with current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Experience working in school settings, especially with ASD populations, is strongly preferred
• Ability to organize and manage a caseload of 40–55 students
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
• Demonstrated proficiency in assessment, therapy planning, and developmentally-appropriate intervention techniques
• Commitment to ethical standards and ongoing professional development

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech/language therapy to students in ASD classrooms, utilizing evidence-based practices
• Complete assessments, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and monitor student progress
• Consult with teachers and support staff to promote effective communication strategies across settings
• Document services and maintain compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to a collaborative, student-centered environment
