Major Mortgage has partnered with the team at Attorney Backed Agents and is looking for Full-Time, Experienced Loan Officers!

Major Mortgage is growing, and we’re looking for experienced, motivated Mortgage Loan Officers who want more than just a place to hang their license.

This opportunity is especially designed for Loan Officers who understand the power of building strong relationships with real estate agents, real estate teams, and referral partners .

Major Mortgage has partnered with Attorney Backed Agents , creating an exciting opportunity for Loan Officers who want to build stronger relationships within the real estate industry.

Attorney Backed Agents works with real estate professionals and teams who are actively helping buyers and sellers.

We’re looking for Loan Officers who understand that some of the strongest mortgage businesses are built through long-term Realtor relationships, great communication, exceptional service, and consistently taking care of clients.

This isn't about waiting around for leads.

It's about building a mortgage business alongside professionals who are serious about growing.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for Loan Officers who are driven, relationship-focused, and serious about building a long-term mortgage business.

The ideal candidate:

1. Has mortgage origination experience
2. Holds an active MLO license or is able to obtain the appropriate licensing
3. Understands the importance of Realtor and referral-partner relationships
4. Knows how to develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents
5. Provides an exceptional experience for clients
6. Is self-motivated and accountable
7. Wants to continue growing personally and professionally
8. Values teamwork, communication, and doing things the right way
9. Wants to be part of a company with an entrepreneurial mindset
10. Is excited about working alongside growing real estate teams

Application Note: If the application asks whether you have a real estate license, select YES if you currently hold an active Loan Officer/MLO license as well.

Compensation

$75,000+ at plan

Commission-based compensation.

Your income potential will depend on production and your ability to build and maintain a successful mortgage business.
