We're currently seeking a Loan Processor to join our dynamic finance team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working cross-functionally, and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.

What You'll Do:

• Accurately process sales orders and ensure all financial data is up to date.
• Maintain and update customer and sales records in our CRM and financial systems.
• Collaborate daily with Sales and Operations teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Partner with Sales Consultants to verify paperwork and relay customer feedback internally.
• Coordinate with our loan vendor to manage and update customer financing accounts.
• Assist customers with finance-related inquiries and provide timely updates on loan statuses.
• Help us maintain a customer satisfaction rating of 85% or higher through clear, proactive communication.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience as a Sales Administrator, Finance Administrator, or similar role.
• Strong communication skills, especially over the phone, with a customer-first mindset.
• Familiarity with CRM and/or accounting software.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities; thrives under pressure.
• A collaborative spirit with a high level of integrity and discretion.
