We're looking for a working Field Operations Lead to run daily jobs, lead crews, and keep operations moving smoothly. This is a hands-on leadership role — you'll be in the truck, on job sites, and leading by example.What You'll DoLead daily junk removal jobs and work alongside the crewDeliver great customer experiences and handle issues quicklyDispatch and track trucks; coordinate with schedulingTrain, coach, and hold team members accountableEnforce safety standards and company proceduresTrack jobs, hours, and basic daily paperworkWhat We're Looking ForRequired: 3+ years in junk removal, knowledge of the area and industry.Prior crew lead or supervisory experience preferredValid driver's license with clean driving recordAbility to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoorsStrong communication, reliability, and leadership skillsAvailable full-time, including some Saturdays and on-call coverageWork hard, earn more when it's busy, and help keep usable items out of landfills — one lug at a time.Compensation: $25.00 - $28.00 per hourThe amount of waste that ends up in landfills on a daily basis is astronomical.
