Seeking a dedicated education professional to serve as a Paraprofessional in a K-8 charter school setting located near Minneapolis, MN. This contract opportunity is ideal for individuals passionate about supporting the academic and developmental growth of students from kindergarten through eighth grade. You’ll play a key role in the educational journey of young learners, working collaboratively with educators and specialists to foster a positive and inclusive classroom experience.

Qualifications & Credentials:

• High school diploma, GED, or higher (required)
• Paraprofessional certification preferred or ability to obtain
• Experience working with K-8 students in an educational setting is highly desirable
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow classroom schedules and support students with diverse needs

Role & Responsibilities:

• Provide instructional and behavioral support to students, individually and in small groups
• Assist classroom teachers in adapting materials and activities for student needs
• Encourage a safe and respectful learning environment across all grade levels
• Support students in academic, social, and emotional growth
• Communicate student progress and concerns effectively with the teaching team
• Help with general classroom organization and supervision duties

Assignment Details:

• Contract position from August 31, 2026, through June 4, 2026
• Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday
• Work primarily with K-8th grade students at a charter school in Brooklyn Park, MN
• Small to moderate student caseload (details shared during interview)
