Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine the unique needs of each client, establishing clear therapeutic goals.
• Develop and implement effective, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.
• Deliver engaging individual therapy sessions via telehealth, utilizing appropriate modalities to foster client growth and healing.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, adhering to ethical standards and best practices.
• Participate in regular team meetings to collaborate on client case reviews and share resources.
• Engage in continual professional development through webinars, workshops, and access to educational resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• A current and valid state license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW .
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport with clients in a virtual setting.
• An empathetic and non-judgmental attitude towards clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple clients and responsibilities effectively.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, the following experiences are favored:

• Previous experience in a teletherapy environment.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and telehealth technology.
• Specialization or training in trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy, or other evidence-based modalities.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
