Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing for a flexible work schedule that accommodates the needs of both our clients and counselors. Our telehealth platform is designed for efficiency, making it easy for counselors to connect with clients from the comfort of their homes. We understand the importance of work-life balance and offer hours of operation from 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week, promoting a healthy work environment where counselors can manage their schedules effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will take an active role in delivering high-quality therapeutic services. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs.
\n
• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions to diverse client populations, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, focusing on issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.

• Utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapies to ensure that clients receive the best care possible.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure clients receive holistic and comprehensive care, effectively addressing all aspects of their health.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the integrity of client information.

• Engaging in continuous professional development through workshops, training, and supervision to stay current with advancements in mental health practices.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington State.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a counseling setting, demonstrating proficiency in delivering mental health services.

• Strong understanding of ethical and legal standards in mental health care.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively build rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate within a healthcare team, contributing to coordinated client care.

• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) software and telehealth technologies.
