Stansfield Signature LLC is looking for an Operations Coordinator to help manage the daily details that keep the business organized and on track.

This role is focused on coordination, communication, organization, and follow-through . You’ll work with agents, clients, vendors, and other members of the team to make sure tasks are completed, information is up to date, and important deadlines are being met.

The Operations Coordinator will have visibility into many areas of the business, including transactions, client communication, scheduling, databases, vendors, marketing, and general team operations. This is a good opportunity for someone who enjoys having a variety of responsibilities and wants to develop a strong understanding of how a real estate business operates.

Compensation & Benefits

• $55,000 - $60,000 salary

Compensation:

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate administrative and operational activities across the team

• Keep business systems, databases, and records accurate and current

• Assist with real estate transactions and closing-related coordination

• Communicate with clients, agents, vendors, contractors, and other contacts

• Help coordinate client events and other business activities

• Communicate with third parties and help track work being completed

• Follow up on projects and assignments to ensure timely completion
