QuickBooks Bookkeeper– Full-Time/Permanent, Onsite
Location: local to Madison, Connecticut
Compensation: 60,000-75,000, depending on experience
Benefits: Yes – MDV and 401k!
A small manufacturing company is seeking an experienced QuickBooks Bookkeeper to join their team onsite. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity and is looking for someone with experience in the manufacturing field or related!
On a day-to-day basis, this role will be responsible for:
- Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
- Support outside CPA/accountant with year-end close and tax preparation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years in a bookkeeper role working within a small office environment
- QuickBooks is REQUIRED
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment or related field
