Position Overiew:

We are seeking a Bookkeeper / Accounting Administrator to join our team. This position is responsible for assisting with daily accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable entry, and inventory receiving . The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a working knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and record A/R and A/P transactions

• Manage inventory receiving and ensure accuracy in system entries

• Assist with account reconciliations and general ledger maintenance

• Support the Controller and management team with administrative accounting tasks

• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Strong data entry and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Experience in distribution or inventory-based businesses a plus
