Position Overiew:
We are seeking a Bookkeeper / Accounting Administrator to join our team. This position is responsible for assisting with daily accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable entry, and inventory receiving . The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a working knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and record A/R and A/P transactions
Manage inventory receiving and ensure accuracy in system entries
Assist with account reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
Support the Controller and management team with administrative accounting tasks
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong data entry and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in distribution or inventory-based businesses a plus
