Inside Sales# Inside SalesHouston TX - 10502 Greens Crossing Blvd. Houston, TX - Houston, TX 77038## OverviewPosition TypeFull Time## Description# **Inside Sales****Role Purpose:** Generate sales for assigned customer base and maintain customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations while obtaining budgeted gross profit.**Responsibilities include:** • Secure profitable purchase orders • Obtain and generate quotes • Negotiate pricing on commodities • Promptly respond to customer calls • Expedite open purchase orders and resolve any issues • Resolve customers issues regarding sales and service timely • Work backorder reports, Mgf. SPA Agreements in a timely manner • Accurately account for freight • Work with Outside Sales on customer issues • Provide constructive feedback on service issues and provide resolution for the customer **Desired Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Include:** • High school diploma or equivalent required • Knowledge of electrical products • Ability to maneuver and work within Trend performing sales and inventory queries • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook features • Understanding of The Reynolds Company customer solutions (i.e. equotes, electronic integration solutions) • Strong organizational and customer service skills**Direct Reports:** None**Working Conditions:**Requirements are office based, with some exposure to an environmentally protected warehouse.
