What You’ll Do

Drive Business Growth

• Identify and pursue new commercial landscape maintenance and snow removal opportunities
• Grow existing accounts through proactive relationship management and enhancement sales
• Develop and execute strategies focused on customer satisfaction and revenue growth
• Prepare accurate estimates, proposals, contracts, and take-offs

Build Strong Client Relationships

• Conduct site walkthroughs and client meetings
• Deliver outstanding customer service and issue resolution
• Maintain long-term customer relationships with a focus on high account retention
• Understand customer goals and provide tailored service solutions

Collaborate & Communicate

• Work closely with operations and production teams to exceed customer expectations
• Ensure seamless communication between clients and internal departments
• Support account management, billing coordination, and reporting activities

Administrative Responsibilities

• Prepare sales reports and proposals
• Manage contracts, enhancements, and account documentation
• Assist with accounts receivable and customer follow-up

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a horticultural or landscape-related industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and follow-through abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Proficiency with technology and computer applications
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record

Preferred

• 2- or 4-year degree in a business-related field
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
