Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments to tailor insurance products that meet the unique requirements of each client. Sales Process: Execute the sales process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for the clients. Policy Management: Oversee the management and servicing of client accounts to ensure satisfaction and compliance. Networking: Engage in networking activities to widen client base and enhance the agency's visibility in the area. Requirements No insurance experience required. Sales and service experience required. Willing to obtain necessary Property and Casualty to sell insurance upon hire. (existing license is a plus!). Bilingual is a plus (Spanish). Confident, motivated individual who works well independently. Able to multi-task, follow through and follow-up. Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
