HappyCo is seeking a Level 2 Support Representative to resolve escalated issues and partner with Product and Engineering. This fully remote role requires US residency and Pacific time availability. You will guide L1 agents, own documentation, and help drive support improvements across our platform. You will troubleshoot complex platform problems, analyze ticket trends, and contribute to continuous QA and knowledge bases to raise our service bar in a fast-paced scaleup environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Bazeta
