For this temporary assignment, our primary focus is finding someone who can step in quickly and provide hands-on support with the day-to-day HR function, particularly:
- Employee and manager HR support, including employee relations and policy questions
- Leave administration, including FMLA and other leaves, documentation, tracking, and return-to-work coordination
- Accommodation requests and follow-up
- Workers’ compensation coordination
- Benefits administration and employee inquiries
- Recruitment, ATS/job posting support, interviewing coordination, and onboarding
- Employee changes, HR documentation, correspondence, and recordkeeping
- HR compliance and audit support
We are looking for someone with solid HR Generalist experience who can work independently, exercise good HR judgment, maintain confidentiality, and quickly learn our existing processes. Recent hands-on experience with employee relations, FMLA/leaves, and general HR operations would be especially important.
