Purpose Statement As a Carvel Route Sales Delivery Driver, you will be fully responsible for the direct store delivery of quality products to our supermarket accounts. Key Accountabilities and Outcomes Who we are: Carvel is part of the Rich’s family of brands. We provide creative solutions to help food‑service and retail customers succeed. What do we need?: Route Sales Delivery Drivers are full‑time positions responsible for selling and delivering Carvel & Rich’s frozen goods to existing and new accounts while driving a Carvel Truck. Key goals include safety, sales and credit volume, customer service and in‑store merchandising execution. Route Sales Delivery Drivers hours of work vary by assigned route. The route start time may be as early as 3 am and averages 10–12 stops a day. Must be able to work Saturdays during peak season. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Strong work ethic and a team player who puts the customer first At least 21 years of age Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record Ability to climb in and out of the truck and carry goods that can weigh up to 50 pounds High school diploma or GED equivalent CDL‑B permit preferred; fee reimbursed after obtaining the license Previous direct‑store‑delivery experience a bonus

COMPENSATION

In accordance with state law, Rich Products Corporation provides a base compensation estimate for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower based on non‑discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential and location.
