Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health, including psychosocial history and presenting issues.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that align with each client's unique goals and preferences.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, individual counseling, family therapy, and group sessions ranging from small support groups to larger workshops.

• Regularly monitor and document clients’ progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
\n
• Offer crisis interventions and immediate support strategies to clients experiencing acute distress or emergencies.
\n
• Maintain precise and confidential records in compliance with state laws and ethical standards to protect client privacy.
\n
• Collaborate closely with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive client care.

• Engage in ongoing education to stay abreast of current developments in mental health practices, including participation in webinars and training sessions.

• Participate in regular supervision to enhance clinical skills and receive feedback from experienced peers.

• Commit to adhering to ethical guidelines as set forth by relevant licensing boards and professional organizations.

In your role as a Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse client base experiencing varying degrees of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma recovery, and more. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LSW-R).

• Demonstrated strong clinical assessment and diagnostic abilities.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of three years of relevant experience in mental health counseling or psychotherapy.

• Experience using telehealth technology and remote therapy delivery is highly desired.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
