We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a 1st Shift Production Supervisor in the Freezerbar Department. The 1st Shift Production Supervisor - Freezerbar Department will supervise employees to maximize safety, quality, and productivity. Key responsibilities include daily production scheduling, lot control, inventory accuracy, reporting, sanitation, housekeeping, and adherence to standard operating procedures. Assures correct preparation of powder (order, weight‑outs, etc.). Shared responsibility for new methods, e.g., 5 S, standardized work, method improvements, and a computerized weigh‑out system. 1st Shift Scheduled Work Hours: Monday 3:00am to 3:30pm Tuesday thru Friday 5:00am to 3:30pm with OT as needed. Overtime, including Saturdays, will be required as scheduled, based on individual job responsibilities and the needs of the department.

Safety (line inspections, department safety audits, safety meetings) Quality (high-quality production, quality audits, clean environment) HACCP, Verification of CCPs Lot control, inventory accuracy, and reporting Develop and operate within SOPs Cost/Production efficiency, maintenance, and strategic planning for the continuation of production Sanitation and housekeeping Employee relations issues EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or lead experience in the food or beverage manufacturing industry required. A college degree is preferred. Proven leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate employees.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Lead by example, professionally, morally, and ethically. Highly organized, methodical, disciplined, and detail-oriented. Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge. Knowledge and experience with GMP and safety regulations. Good verbal & written communication skills are required. Basic computer skills within programs such as Microsoft Office and the internet are required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is required.

The minimum compensation for the 1st Shift Production Supervisor is $29.37 per hour. Compensation is determined by a candidate’s experience, education, skills, training, and the internal equity within our organization.
