Senior Vice President of Administration

To support the growth of a global organization, the full-time salaried Senior Vice President of Administration will oversee the implementation of a new ERP system, manage cross-functional teams in HR, IT, Finance, and Legal, and ensure operational excellence across all administrative functions. Key responsibilities Lead the selection and rollout of a new ERP system, managing project plans, vendor relationships, and change management Oversee global HR strategy and operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals across multiple countries Manage financial operations, including budgeting, reporting, and compliance, to support organizational growth Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in HR, Finance, IT, Analytics, Legal, or Operations Direct experience leading an ERP implementation or major systems transformation Senior HR leadership experience; relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred Experience in a nonprofit or multi-country organization strongly preferred
