Job Position: Welder Location: Darien, WI 53114 Pay Rate: $18.25/hr Shift: 1st shift, Mon-Thur, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Description: We’re hiring Welders who take pride in their craft. In this role, you’ll perform MIG/TIG welding, prepare materials, inspect quality, and support production in a safe, team-focused environment. Welder Duties and Responsibilities Perform welding operations on materials—including steel and various metals—using MIG, TIG, and other welding techniques in multiple positions. Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, cleaning, and fitting components; assemble parts using hand tools, clamps, and fasteners prior to welding. Set up, operate, and maintain welding machines, torches, power supplies, and other specialized tools and equipment. Inspect completed welds to verify accuracy, quality, and structural integrity, ensuring all work meets specifications and safety standards. Welder Qualifications and Requirements Have at least 1 year welding experience Ability to work Monday–Thursday from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Willingness to work optional overtime when required.
