RN MDS Coordinator: Shape Care Plans & Compliance

Life Care Centers of America

Life Care Centers of America is seeking an RN MDS Coordinator to coordinate and assist with the completion of interdisciplinary MDS Assessments, Care Plans according to CMS regulations. This role requires an active RN license, two years of nursing experience, and strong knowledge of nursing practices. The position involves educating direct care associates about CMS updates and maintaining compliance with Life Care’s standards. Excellent customer service and teamwork are essential. #J-18808-Ljbffr
