Position Title: CNC Lathe Machinist Wage: $25.00 - $29.00/hour Shift: 1st Hours: 7:00am - 4:00pm (Monday - Friday) We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist with lathe experience to join a fast‑paced, high‑production manufacturing environment in Cypress, TX. This role is ideal for a motivated, hands‑on individual who is comfortable operating multiple machines while maintaining quality and efficiency standards. CNC Lathe Machinist Responsibilities Operate CNC lathes in a production environment Run multiple machines simultaneously (not a one‑operator/one‑machine setup) Load and unload parts from machines and workstations Perform in‑process and final inspections using precision measuring tools Maintain quality standards while meeting production goals Move throughout the shop floor to monitor machines and workflow Requirements for CNC Lathe Machinist Experience operating CNC machines, with a focus on lathes Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume production environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Experience using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers) Ability to stand for the duration of the shift Ability to lift up to 60 lbs Dependable, motivated, and able to meet production demands Ability to work overtime as needed Experience working in automated or high‑efficiency machining environments preferred Experience with composite materials; fiberglass a plus
