Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state license/certification as an SLP
• Previous experience in a school setting or working with early learners/preschool-aged children preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques to suit diverse learning needs
• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to students in early learning and preschool programs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments and write evaluation reports for speech and language concerns
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
• Maintain thorough documentation of services, progress, and communications
• Participate in team meetings and professional development as required
• Utilize a variety of therapy materials and technology to engage young learners
