Key Responsibilities\n

As a licensed clinical social worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to diagnose patients and develop tailored treatment plans using standardized approaches and solution-based intervention techniques.

• Administering various evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), based on client assessments and preferences.

• Maintaining accurate clinical records that comply with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of patient information.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other interdisciplinary team members to holistically address patient needs and ensure effective care continuity.

• Engaging in regular case consultations and contributing valuable insights during peer review meetings to improve treatment strategies.

• Providing educational resources and emotional support to clients and their families, guiding them through mental health challenges and available community support services.

• Staying current with evolving research, clinical guidelines, and innovative practices in mental health to enhance service delivery.

• Managing a full caseload, ensuring timely follow-ups and adherence to treatment milestones, while upholding the ethical standards set forth by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
