Key Responsibilities\n

As a licensed mental health counselor, your daily tasks will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable, low acuity adults experiencing diverse mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Hold a Master’s degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, mental health counseling, or psychology.

• Possess a current and valid license to practice independently as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Have no disciplinary actions on record and hold no limited or provisional license.

• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong empathetic approach to client interactions.

• Exhibit strong computer literacy and adaptability with digital platforms relevant to therapy work.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range between $90,000 and $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and working hours. Additional benefits include:
