In this role, you will have the flexibility of crafting your own schedule, with availability for evening and weekend sessions to accommodate our clients.
Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health concerns, ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs. \n
- Design individualized treatment plans based on assessment results, tailoring therapeutic approaches to suit each client's unique challenges and goals. \n
- Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices, engaging clients actively and supporting their recovery process. \n
- Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to deliver integrated care, coordinating treatment plans and strategies for each client. \n
- Educate and involve families in the therapeutic process, enhancing their understanding and enabling active participation in the clients’ recovery journey. \n
- Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of patient interactions and progress, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards. \n

This position will allow you to work with adolescents and adults facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n- \n
- A current and valid professional license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas. \n
- A master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related mental health field. \n
- Proven experience in mental health counseling with a focus on established therapeutic methodologies. \n
- Strong knowledge and application of evidence-based practices for addressing a variety of mental health disorders. \n
