Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations and document findings throughout the treatment journey, from initial consultation to discharge.

• Develop tailored intervention and recovery plans for individuals, couples, families, and groups based on thorough assessments.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing various therapeutic modalities to address clients' needs effectively.
\n
• Monitor and document client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans throughout the therapy process.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare providers, to create cohesive and integrated care plans.

• Manage referrals and coordinate follow-up care for clients transitioning to inpatient or other necessary supportive services.
\n
• Proactively identify and mitigate barriers to recovery, providing strategies and support to both clients and their families.

• Educate and empower family members and caregivers to understand and manage mental health challenges effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will engage with a diverse range of clients, including those dealing with mood disorders, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, and addiction. Our goal is to provide support to individuals navigating complex emotional and behavioral challenges, ensuring holistic healing through customized intervention strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Texas.
\n
• Successfully completed the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).

• Previous experience in providing direct counseling services in various settings.

• Proficient in utilizing electronic health record systems, such as AVATAR, to document and manage patient information effectively.
