Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will focus on delivering high-quality psychotherapy services tailored to the unique needs of each client. Your specific responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients' needs and developing individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to implement effective interventions that result in positive client outcomes.

• Keeping meticulous clinical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational guidelines to ensure confidentiality and accuracy.

• Collaborating with other health professionals, such as psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate comprehensive patient care and facilitate integrated treatment approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will focus on a diverse client population ranging from individuals coping with anxiety and depression to those facing more complex cases requiring specialized interventions. You will work closely with patients and families to create a safe space where they can discuss their mental health concerns openly and work towards achieving their treatment goals collaboratively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work or similar field from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• At least 2 years of supervised clinical experience, with a focus on providing psychotherapy services to diverse population types.
