Accounts Payable ClerkResponsible for the company's management expenses and financial accounting and monitoring, management of accounting files, preparation of accounting statements and annual budget. Responsible for handling various tax work according to CFO's guidance, collecting information and materials and conducting financial analysis at the finance management's request.Job FunctionsProcess vendor invoices, check requests and electronic payments on timeEnsure vendors are paid timely and accuratelyProcess and post payments and adjustments in Plex ERP systemAttached the invoice related document to the system for referenceMaintains account payable filesTrack invoices for state sales and use tax reportingAccumulate, report, and record purchasing card activityGenerate and review Form-1099Prepare daily bank statementPrepare cash flow forecast weekly and monthlyUpdate and maintain vendor databaseAble to process and enter 300+ invoices per weekAbility to process and follow-up on rush itemsQualificationsLanguages spoken commonly in the workplace are English and Mandarin. Ability to read, understand and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
